The staff is always friendly but the food is usually dried out & cold. Been there 4 times since it opened & just wasn't impressed like with other locations.

The staff were friendly but I was not able to order what I wanted. I was still satisfied with my meal. I will give them 5 stars when I can drive through and order some delicious crab cakes. Not sure why we don't have them at this location.
Quick service! didn't have to get up once!! Food was fresh off the press!!!!!
I've had captain d's many times but the food quality I just experienced at this location was subpar at best
Was disappointed with my food quality the first time I was in the store. The next time I was in the store the experience was amazing. Fast service, and the food was all fresh. (Full service too!!) I was told that they understood the issues of their food quality and were making stride to fix it.
