This pharmacy has absolutely horrendous customer service. Stood in line for 20 minutes and the technician took two people ahead of me even after making eye contact with me twice knowing I was in line. Also they never have my son's medicine ready when they say it's going to be. Multiple trips to pick up medicine hours after it's called in is ridiculous. Can't wait until the new CVS opens in Mount Sterling.
They always put the slowest person they have working the drive thru window! There's no reason it should take 30-45 minutes to hand some one medicine out the window! If someone is dropping off and wants to wait then politely ask them to pull to the back of the line! It's a drop off and pickup not drop off and wait window!
