Unfortunate, we experienced flood damage earlier this year, and even though we did not have flood insurance, she came to our house anyway just to offer to help with the clean up. When I had to call her to report a car accident claim, her first question was "Are you ok?" and then the office took care of everything I needed, including securing a rental car for me.
