I called another office in Winchester and got an appointment by simply providing my name, Birthday, address and SSN. She listened to my need for an appointment and got me in as quickly as possible.
Good care when my wife was pregnant would recommend either doctor case or Ratliff to friends if they asked, Ratliff is more laid back and Case is a little more proactive so whichever you prefer.
I was a patient of Dr. Ratliff for nearly 30 years. The office updated the systems and all my records were archived, which was fine, but now that I needed an appointment for an urgent matter I was treated of no importance. I could not even get an appointment until all the paperwork was completed. I drove 20 minutes one way to take the completes papers. But the receptionist was not friendly, she would not make me any appointment nor did she care enough to ask what I was needing an appointment. She simply set them on the desk and said she would call when she had time to enter my information. The building and office did not have a welcoming feel, it was cold and uninviting. I adored Dr. Ratliff, he delivered both my children and performed two surgeries on me. I have never had issues with him personally, but the current staff and office is not friendly nor do they give the appearance of caring about me as a person.
