They completley missed the delivery of my flowers on 2/14. They were being delivered to a business. I called and they said they could probably not make it by 5. I will not make this mistake again.
I worked in a local funeral home and I could always tell when the families had used Always in Season because the floral arrangements were always more visual appealing and beautiful than the competitors.
Took all day to deliver flowers with in a mile of there location. And an hour after my fiance got off work they finally drop them off. Called an was told the flowers where on the way yet two more hours pasted before actually arriving again with a mile of them!!
Kelly helped a ton with my twins 40th bday gift, she went above and beyond to make it perfect with me being out of state. I couldn't of asked for better! Top notch customer service!!
