I had an injury to my front top teeth when I was a child. No one has ever taken the time or care that the entire staff performed on me to ensure that I was nothing less than thrilled with the results. For the first time in decades, I'm truly happy with my smile. Thank you so very much!!!
I can't recommend this practice for these reasons -- if you are seeking a comprehensive exam or any kind of procedure for you or your kids, go elsewhere.
Horrible place of business. Went there for a simple filling and it came out three times. I ended up switching dentists and they were shocked by the poor workmanship and why Dr. Tackitt opted to use a temporary filling for a permanent tooth. (They offered no type of refund by the way). Also, I had a cleaning in February 2016 and check-up in September -- no problems besides a tiny cavity. Fast forward to February 2017 and I had an exam with my new dentist to find several cavities that had been there for a while and early signs of gum disease that will need to be treated for a long time. These problems don't happen in the span of months, people. Dr. Tackitt uses outdated technologies and her employees must not know how to read x-rays -- frankly because of these financial problems they should be responsible for paying them.
They have called me 3 times and rescheduled my cleaning / checkup. Also cleanings are rushed and they do not do a thorough job. Looking for a new dentist now.
My 5 year old was having tooth pain they got her right in and fixed her tooth with no wait!! They were very good with her and very comforting. The people are nice and the office was clean.
Dr. Tackitt's office is wonderful. A beautiful and clean office with good service. Dr. Tackitt and her staff are all very respectful and make sure you're taken care of. My family and I have had many appointments and cleanings here and I have no complaints.
